Peanut Butter Banana Blender Drink
(about 2 servings)
1 ripe banana
1 spoonful of peanut butter
1 cup of milk
1/4 t vanilla
protein powder (optional, but so good)
ice
Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. These measurements are just a guess, I alter the amounts to taste. So, if you LOVE peanut butter, add more. If you like it thick add more ice. You get the point!
have those almost everyday. When Avrielle doesn't want the other 5 things I offer, the blender drink saves the day!
